A little bit of a prelude: 2012 was an incredibly crazy year for me. Here's the short versionof it: My website really started growing back in January 2012. I love love love cherries. I also love love love cherry smoothies. If you've never had one, YOU MUST TRY IT. Ok I have to admit something to you. I've never actually had buttered chicken, but it's because once upon a time I was a little afraid of spicy food and afraid I would not like Indian food... (Hah funny I know right.) I also stopped eating butter and dairy a long time ago and also did not eat foods with dairy products. So the other day I was craving something pizza-like, but knew I wanted to put a healthy twist on it.
