  1. Looks amazing but I’m confused how this dip belongs on a low fat recipe website. This would be an extremely high-fat dip just like the cashew dip featured on this website. I’m searching for creamy low fat dips. Any idea where to find those recipes? Thank you.

    • Mindy, I do not stipulate all recipes are fat free. I take many recipes and significantly reduce the amount of fat in them. It is extremely difficult to get a creamy “no fat/low fat” recipe because creaminess is a characteristic of foods that contain a lot of fat. So I have reduced the amount of fat in a typical tahini sauce recipe, by removing the oil and increasing the water and reducing the amount of tahini used.
